Terms & Condition

General Information:
  1. All products are new & authentic, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Returns are not accepted, so please contact us for complete details before confirming purchases.
  3. Bookings can be made via email to (no deposits required).
  4. However, delivery will only be made after full payment has been confirmed and received. Therefore please provide us the details of your deposit (payment) into our account (e.g amount, transaction no, time of transaction)

Order & Delivery Guide:
  1. Orders can be made via email to with the details of the items you would like to order. Please leave your contact details for faster processing.
  2. Confirmation email will be sent. We will also inform when orders are being couriered.
  3. Orders will be sent by Poslaju Malaysia/Pos Ekspres the next day after the confirmation of payment.

Delivery Charges:
  1. Delivery cost of RM6 will be added to your order for EACH item unless stated Free Postage. Combined shipping will receive further discounts.
  2. We also provide COD (Cash on Delivery) for orders exceeding RM100, but limited to certain venues within the Klang Valley. Arrangements can be made upon confirmation of orders.

Payment Methods:
We prefer the following payment methods for orders.
1. Online Banking : i.e Maybank - kindly forward us a copy of the bank remittance slip or sms/email us the reference number.
